This Privacy Policy describes how the NEW SHUN LEE LLC internal accounting integration ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information when connected to your QuickBooks Online account.
The App is an internal tool built and operated by NEW SHUN LEE LLC for its own bookkeeping and payroll accounting. It is not distributed to the public and is used only by authorized personnel of NEW SHUN LEE LLC and its affiliated business entities.
When connected via the QuickBooks Online API, the App may access: chart of accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, expenses, journal entries, vendor and customer records, and company profile information necessary to generate accounting reports and automate payroll-related bookkeeping.
Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used solely to generate internal financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support payroll processing for NEW SHUN LEE LLC. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Data is processed and stored on infrastructure controlled by NEW SHUN LEE LLC. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. OAuth credentials are stored securely and are not shared outside the organization.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for accounting, tax, and business record-keeping purposes, consistent with applicable recordkeeping requirements.
You may disconnect the App from your QuickBooks Online account at any time via QuickBooks Online's connected apps settings. Upon disconnection, the App will stop accessing your data going forward.
