This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the internal accounting and payroll automation tool ("the App") developed and operated by NEW SHUN LEE LLC that connects to QuickBooks Online.
The App is an internal business tool intended solely for use by authorized personnel of NEW SHUN LEE LLC and its affiliated business entities to automate bookkeeping and payroll-related accounting workflows. It is not licensed or distributed for use by the general public.
NEW SHUN LEE LLC grants authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for internal business purposes only, for as long as their authorization remains active.
Users may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or use the App outside the scope of authorized internal business operations, and may not use it to access QuickBooks Online data for any entity they are not authorized to represent.
Use of the App is also subject to the App's Privacy Policy and to Intuit's own terms of service governing QuickBooks Online and its APIs.
The App is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Access to the App may be revoked at any time by NEW SHUN LEE LLC, including by disconnecting it from QuickBooks Online's connected apps settings.
